Founders
About Beach Touch
Beach Touch has been created by a number of local Australian Touch Football Representatives who want to provide locals with the opportunity to have some fun, playing touch in the sun in a party atmosphere.
Our mission is to provide beach touch to the community.
Our vision is to be a fun social activity that everyone wants to play at the beach.
Our experience is running Touch clubs and events for over 15 years. Major school and open age competitions for the past decade.
Beach Touch has partnered with Touch Football Australia (TFA) which provides the extensive infrastructure and support that Beach Touch requires in order to increase participation and professionalism for our members. Beach Touch is excited about this development as now the longer term plans will be achievable in a shorter period of time.
Our long-term goals are to take the Beach Touch to various beaches around Australia and play satellite tournaments. We anticipate running a weekend annual state school championship for beach touch in 2012/13 and also intend running a twilight league in 2013.
